Barbecue course “Meat on Fire” in Glottertal

This grilling course focuses on various (steak) cuts of prime beef and prime pork. Learn everything about grilling techniques, equipment, and much more from our grill master Stefan Grauer, 2024 World Grilling Champion & 2023 German Champion .

We'll prepare four courses of delicious grilled dishes, including three full-course main courses and a dessert. We'll use a gas grill, a Kamado grill with a rotisserie, and a pellet grill to perfectly prepare the various cuts of meat and side dishes.
After the shared meal, you will receive a recipe folder so that you can easily grill the dishes at home.

The course lasts approximately 3-4 hours.

The menu:

Welcome Snack
Tile meat sandwich from herb pork, with parmesan and arugula and aioli

Secreto from herbal pork
with grilled king oyster mushrooms and bone marrow toast with cress

Ribeye Steak Bone in
Black Forest beef, reverse grilled with wild broccoli and grilled Caesar salad

Picanha from Black Forest beef
with chimichurri, Pimientos de Padrón from the plancha and Parmesan Hasselback potatoes with tomato salsa

Raspberry Crumble
with grilled peach and cheesecake cream

Course contents:
  • Product knowledge and handling of food
  • Proper preparation and cooking of food
  • Direct and indirect grilling
  • Differences between different grill systems
  • Correct setup of the grills
  • Ideal temperatures for grilling
  • Measure core temperature so that every meat succeeds

  • Groceries
  • Soft drinks and water
  • Wine spritzer and beer in normal consumption quantities
  • Recipe folder with all recipes for grilling

Is it possible to ship meat and sausage in the summer?

Yes, thanks to our innovative, sustainable paper packaging, shipping is possible even on very hot days

How is the goods cooled

If your package contains goods that require refrigeration , they will be cooled using ice packs made of pure water . The package is also insulated with our innovative, sustainable paper packaging .

How are the products packaged?

Almost all products are individually vacuum-packed . Only a few smoked products are simply wrapped.

Do I have to be at home when my package is delivered?

Our shipping service provider, GO! Express, has a delivery authorization to leave packages if no one is at home . While our packaging keeps items cold for up to 48 hours , you should always ensure someone is available to receive the package . It may also be advisable to have your package delivered to your workplace . You can safely keep the package sealed in a cool place until the end of the day. If, despite all these measures, you are not at home, GO! Express will attempt to contact you.

Can I refreeze products that were shipped frozen, even if they are delivered thawed?

Since our sustainable packaging ensures that the cold chain is never interrupted , you can refreeze the products without any worries .

If I order multiple pieces of one item, will I receive them all at once?

If you order multiple pieces of an item, you will, of course, receive the requested number individually packaged in the weight/quantity specified in the shop.
