Homemade beer sausage canned sausage
Homemade beer sausage is a boiled sausage made from beef and pork with a coarse meat filling. The name historically comes from the fact that beer pairs perfectly with it, even though there's no beer in the sausage.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
In our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany: Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock. No middlemen—everything is regional, directly from the Black Forest.
We work according to the motto – if the animal is well, we are well.
We also pay attention to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 40 km long, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have already received numerous awards for environmental and sustainability issues.
