Our gourmet salami is made from lean pork ham and refined with a light peppery touch. Two months of air-drying gives it a mild flavor and a tender texture—ideal for baguettes and other specialties.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
For over 60 years, we have been producing the finest sausages and hams in our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal. The traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, making our concept unique in Germany.
With our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all of our products from our own livestock and slaughterhouses. Without intermediaries and directly from the Black Forest – a commitment to regionality.
Our motto is: "If the animal is well, we are well." Sustainability is also of central importance to us: Short transport routes of no more than 40 km and one of the most environmentally friendly refrigeration systems in Germany underscore our commitment to the environment. Numerous certificates and awards attest to our efforts.
