We make our meat sausage from the meat of our herb-cured pigs. This cooked sausage is mildly seasoned and impresses with its delicate consistency and natural flavor.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. Traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany: Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery – no middlemen involved, everything comes directly from the Black Forest.
We live by the motto: If the animal is well, we are well. This is the basis of our philosophy, which is reflected in the high quality of our products.
We attach great importance to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 40 km long, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have received multiple certifications and awards for our commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
