Our Donlicate Smash Burger Balls combine perfectly calibrated Smash Burger ground beef with the flavorful meat of our popular Donlicate Cheddar Chili Brats . Four 80g balls on a convenient chain – ideally portioned to create authentic, juicy Smash Burger patties with a real chili cheddar kick.

Each 100g of our Donlicate Smash Burger Balls contains 67g of the finest pork, 25% creamy cheddar, 6% spicy jalapeños, as well as paprika, chili, garlic, and a pinch of cane sugar. This creates the most delicious smash burger meat you just have to smash and fry yourself – with no artificial additives!
Crispy crust meets tender center
The smash technique creates crispy chili cheddar edges on the outside and a buttery meaty center. The 80g balls can be easily flattened, guaranteeing even patties with an irresistible flavor.
🧑🍳 Preparation tips for perfect Donlicate Smash Burgers
- Preheat pan or grill plate to high (200–220 °C).
- Place the Smash Burger Ball – straight from the fridge.
- Flatten firmly with a spatula to about 1 cm thick.
- Fry for 1.5 minutes until the crust is crispy.
- Turn over and cook for another 1 minute to keep the center tender.
- Now season with salt, pepper or extra chili flakes.
- Optionally top with cheese for the perfect melt-in-the-mouth effect.
💡 Tip: Baking paper between the spatula and the meat prevents sticking and ensures perfect patties.
