Homemade wild boar ham
Wild boar ham made from selected wild boar hams, naturally from local hunting. The ham is marinated in rock salt and fine herbs, lightly smoked, and aged for three months to develop its unique flavor.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany. Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery. No middlemen – everything comes locally, directly from the Black Forest.
We work according to the motto: “If the animal is well, we are well.”
We also pay close attention to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 40 km, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have already received several awards for environmental and sustainability.
