We make our beer sausage from high-quality meat from our herb-fed pigs and pasture-fed cattle. This fine boiled sausage is mildly seasoned and offers a harmonious flavor that's perfect for any snack or as a cold cut.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
In our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes are passed down from generation to generation, making our craft authentic and unique. Our concept is unique in Germany. Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock. No middlemen; everything comes locally, directly from the Black Forest.
We work true to the motto: "If the animal is well, we are well." We also pay close attention to sustainable production. Our transport routes are a maximum of 50 km long, and our refrigeration system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have received numerous certificates and awards for environmental and sustainability standards.
