Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. Our traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Through our own farm and our collaboration with selected partner farms, we source all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery – no middlemen involved, all locally sourced from the Black Forest.
We work true to the motto: If the animal is well, we are well. We also pay attention to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 60 km long, and our refrigeration system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have already received numerous awards for our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
