At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing first-class sausages and hams for over 60 years. Traditional recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept, unique in Germany, guarantees products from our own livestock and butchery, supported by selected partner farms – without intermediaries and entirely regionally sourced from the Black Forest.
True to the motto "If the animal is well, we are well," we ensure sustainable production: Transport routes are limited to a maximum of 60 km, and our environmentally friendly cooling system is among the best in Germany. We have received numerous awards for our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
