Ham and sausage according to old tradition
In our Black Forest butcher shop, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany. Through our own farm and our collaboration with selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery – no middlemen involved, everything comes directly from the Black Forest.
We work according to the motto – if the animal is well, we are well.
We also pay attention to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 60 km long, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have already received numerous awards for our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
