Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing sausages and hams for over 60 years, following traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany. Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce our products from our own livestock and slaughter – without any middlemen, all directly from the Black Forest.
True to the motto "If the animal is well, we are well," we place great importance on sustainability. Our transport routes are a maximum of 60 km long, and our refrigeration system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. Award-winning, our production stands for quality you can taste.
