Bacon from herb pork
For our bacon, we use the bellies of herb-cured pork, which come exclusively from our own butchery and from selected partner farms. These are cured according to a traditional house recipe with rock salt and selected spices. The bacon is then smoked in traditional Black Forest fir smoke, which develops its distinctive aroma.

Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes are passed down from generation to generation, and our concept is unique in Germany. Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery. No middlemen—everything locally sourced, directly from the Black Forest.

Furthermore, we pay close attention to sustainable production: Our transport routes are a maximum of 60 km long, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have received numerous certificates and awards for environmental and sustainability standards.
