Preparation of Donlicate meatloaf
Prepare meatloaf in the oven
- 1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 140°C fan/convection oven.
- 2. Bake: Cook the meatloaf in the oven for about 50 minutes.
- 3. Browning: For a crispy crust, increase the temperature to 200°C in the last 5-10 minutes.
- 4. Check the core temperature: The ideal core temperature should be 65°C. It's best to use a kitchen thermometer for this.
Prepare meatloaf on the grill
- 1. Prepare the grill: Prepare the grill for indirect heat.
- 2. Grill: Grill the meatloaf at medium heat for about 50 minutes.
- 3. Browning: Increase the temperature during the last 5-10 minutes to achieve a nice crust.
- 4. Check core temperature: Here too, the core temperature should reach 65°C.
