Black Forest mountain ham
The beef ham is made from lean cuts of beef leg, seasoned with rock salt and fine herbs, and refined with red wine. It is then air-dried for three months, giving it a distinctive flavor.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
For over 60 years, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products in our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal. Recipes passed down through generations reflect tradition and quality. Our concept is unique in Germany: through our own farm and selected partner farms, all sausage and ham products come from our own livestock and slaughter, directly from the Black Forest, without any middlemen.
We live by the motto – if the animal is well, we are well – and are committed to sustainability. Our transport routes, which are no longer than 40 km long, and one of the most environmentally friendly refrigeration systems in Germany contribute to gentle production. You can taste the quality!
