One of our buffalo herds lives in a nature reserve in the middle of the Black Forest.
The tender buffalo meat is one of the best and tastiest meats and, among other benefits, has a lot of iron and little cholesterol.
Buffalo meat is characterized by its dark purple color, broad fibers and a game-like, delicately nutty flavor.
The unique concept of the Reichenbach butcher shop spans exactly the range needed for excellent meat quality in harmony with nature.
The buffalo are slaughtered here in Glottertal. After a two-week maturation period, the meat is portioned and packaged in the freezer.
