Coppa ham from herb pork
For our Coppa ham, we use only select pork necks from our own herb-cured pigs. These are refined with rock salt and fine herbs according to an old house recipe and then air-dried for three months. The result is a tender texture with a distinctive aroma.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
In our traditional Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes have been passed down through generations. Our concept is unique in Germany: Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery. No middlemen – everything comes locally, directly from the Black Forest.

We pay particular attention to sustainable production. Our transport routes are a maximum of 40 km long, and our cooling system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have received numerous awards for our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
