Our delicatessen liver sausage is made from the finest meat and fresh liver from our herb-fed pigs. This spreadable sausage is mildly seasoned and perfect for those who prefer a delicate liver sausage with a subtle flavor.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
In our traditional Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausages and hams for over 60 years. Our recipes are passed down from generation to generation, guaranteeing a distinctive taste. Through our own farm and selected partner farms, we source all of our products from our own livestock and butchery. No middlemen—everything comes directly and locally from the Black Forest.
We live by the motto: "If the animal is well, we are well." Sustainability is particularly important to us. Our transport routes are limited to a maximum of 40 km, and our refrigeration system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have received numerous awards for our commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
