Homemade cherry brandy salami
The Kirschwasser salami is a traditional salami specialty from the Black Forest. Made from our own beef and pork, refined with fine Black Forest Kirschwasser, and smoked over fir branches.
Tip: Take it out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before eating so that the salami can develop its full aroma.
Ham and sausage according to old tradition
At our Black Forest butcher shop in Glottertal, we have been producing the finest sausage and ham products for over 60 years. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Our concept is unique in Germany: Through our own farm and carefully selected partner farms, we produce all our sausage and ham products from our own livestock and butchery – without any middlemen, all locally sourced directly from the Black Forest.
True to the motto "If the animal is well, we are well," we are committed to sustainable production. Our transport routes are limited to a maximum of 60 km, and our refrigeration system is one of the most environmentally friendly in Germany. We have already received numerous awards for our commitment to environmental protection and sustainability.
