In our family-run Black Forest butcher shop in the idyllic Glottertal valley, we have been producing first-class sausages and hams for over 60 years, using traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. Our philosophy? Regional, sustainable, and directly from our own hands.
Thanks to our own farm and carefully selected regional partner companies, we guarantee that all meat, sausage and ham products come from our own rearing and slaughtering – without any middlemen, directly from the Black Forest.
Sustainability that convinces
We rely on short transport routes of no more than 60 km and use one of the most environmentally friendly refrigeration systems in Germany. We have already received numerous awards for our commitment to sustainability.
